June

After a fairly manic May it was nice to have a quieter June.

Johnnie Walker

Susy's Johnnie headed off to Ascott Under Wychwood at the start of the month for the BE100open where he jumped a lovely double clear, adding just 2 time faults to his 27 dressage to finish 5th.  He then headed off to West Wilts to step back up to Novice level.  A fab dressage of 23 but sadly a very out of character 20 penalties kept us out of the placings.

Headleys Cosmic Twist

Posy did a super dressage for 32 and jumped a solid double clear.  Just a few penalties for speeding keeping us in 4th.  I always forget how fast a TB is when you're cruising along!

Swalcliffe UA

The local unaffiliated events have been great for the babies this year, as have the Nexgen classes.  We used Swalcliffe as a first event for Ozone, Wozniak and Sligo Just Touch.  All three had a little wobble here and there but all jumped double clears inside the time to finish in the top 10.
